What You'll Do

✔ Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.

✔ Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals.

✔ Provide evidence based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.

✔ Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

✔ Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.

✔ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

✔ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

✔ Promote safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

Required

✔ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

✔ Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Arkansas licensure.

✔ Current CPR Certification.

✔ Strong communication and clinical decision making skills.


Preferred

• One year of outpatient experience preferred.

• New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to inquire.
