What You'll Do

✓ Deliver respiratory treatments and aerosol therapies

✓ Manage CPAP and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation

✓ Monitor and support mechanically ventilated patients

✓ Assess respiratory status and communicate meaningful clinical changes to the care team

✓ Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response activations

✓ Perform EKGs and support cardiac monitoring through Holter Monitor application

✓ Provide respiratory care to patients across age groups

✓ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the clinical team

✓ Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

Required

✓ Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential through the NBRC

✓ Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills

✓ Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a hospital care team

✓ BLS certification, or ability to obtain after hire

✓ ACLS certification, or ability to obtain after hire

✓ PALS certification, or ability to obtain after hire

✓ NRP certification, or ability to obtain after hire
