Why You'll Love This Opportunity

If you enjoy seeing measurable progress in your patients every day, inpatient rehabilitation offers one of the most rewarding settings in physical therapy. You'll work with individuals recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and other acute medical conditions, helping them regain the strength and confidence needed to return home safely.

Working under the direction of experienced Physical Therapists, you'll become an important part of a collaborative rehabilitation team that values communication, clinical excellence, and patient centered care. Every day brings new challenges, meaningful patient interactions, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact during a critical stage of recovery.

One aspect we especially appreciate about this opportunity is the flexibility. Whether you prefer a traditional Monday through Friday schedule or enjoy the work life balance that comes with a four day workweek, you'll have options that are rarely available in hospital based inpatient rehabilitation.

Outside of work, North Central Arkansas offers an outstanding quality of life with beautiful lakes, hiking, fishing, and outdoor recreation, all while maintaining a lower cost of living than many larger cities.
