What You'll Do

✔ Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments

✔ Develop evidence-based, individualized plans of care

✔ Provide one-on-one skilled physical therapy treatment

✔ Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities

✔ Treat outpatient, inpatient, and transitional-care populations as needed

✔ Develop home exercise programs and discharge recommendations

✔ Educate patients, families, and caregivers

✔ Recommend assistive equipment when appropriate

✔ Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the rehabilitation team

✔ Direct care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants when applicable

✔ Maintain timely documentation while supporting quality patient outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

Required

✔ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

✔ Oregon Physical Therapist license in good standing

✔ Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

✔ Valid driver's license

Preferred

Doctoral-level physical therapy education

Strong interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation

Vestibular rehabilitation experience

Cardiac rehabilitation experience

Experience treating chronic pain

Broad outpatient orthopedic experience
