What You'll Do
✔ Complete comprehensive inpatient physical therapy evaluations.
✔ Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and independence.
✔ Provide therapeutic interventions that improve strength, balance, endurance, and functional mobility.
✔ Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation professionals.
✔ Educate patients and families regarding recovery goals and discharge planning.
✔ Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
✔ Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
✔ Promote safe patient handling and evidence based rehabilitation practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Required
✔ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
✔ Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Arkansas licensure.
✔ Current CPR Certification.
✔ Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Preferred
• One year of acute care or inpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to inquire.
