What You'll Do

✔ Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing across multiple departments.

✔ Analyze and verify laboratory results for accuracy and quality.

✔ Perform testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, microbiology, serology/immunology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy.

✔ Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.

✔ Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards.

✔ Communicate critical laboratory values promptly to clinical staff.

✔ Collect and properly identify patient specimens.

✔ Participate in quality assurance activities and laboratory inspections.

✔ Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Required

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related science.

✔ MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent national certification.

✔ Basic Life Support (BLS).


Preferred

• One to two years of laboratory experience.

• Phlebotomy experience or certification.
