What You'll Do

✔ Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

✔ Develop individualized plans of care and measurable goals

✔ Provide skilled treatment to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and function

✔ Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions based on patient progress

✔ Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and home recommendations

✔ Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff

✔ Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

✔ Participate in department quality-improvement and workflow initiatives

✔ Follow professional, regulatory, safety, and ethical standards


Minimum Qualifications


Required

✔ Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

✔ Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Tennessee licensure

✔ Ability to evaluate patients and provide individualized treatment

✔ Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills


Preferred

·       Previous physical therapy experience is preferred

·       New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

·       Hospital rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required
