🌱 Rooted Insights
🌿 If You Enjoy
Outpatient orthopedics, spine care, hands-on treatment, and helping patients return to movement and function.
🌿 One Thing That Stood Out
Physical Therapists work closely with specialty providers, creating a much tighter communication loop than you typically see in outpatient rehab.
🌿 Team Culture
Collaborative, patient-focused, and clinically engaged. Therapists are supported by experienced therapy aides and have access to a broader multidisciplinary care team.
🌿 Recruiter’s Perspective
This is a strong fit for a PT who wants more than a high-volume outpatient environment. The practice offers meaningful spine and orthopedic exposure with direct access to the providers involved in each patient’s care.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
This opportunity offers a strong mix of outpatient orthopedic and spine rehabilitation without losing the collaborative side of patient care.
Therapists treat a varied caseload that may include back and neck conditions, orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, balance concerns, and patients recovering from spine or joint procedures.
The treatment philosophy is active and individualized, with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement, patient education, and customized home exercise programs.
One of the biggest advantages is access to specialty providers. When questions arise, therapists can collaborate more directly with the physicians involved in the patient’s treatment rather than working in isolation.
For a PT who enjoys orthopedic complexity and wants to continue developing clinically, this is a very solid outpatient opportunity.
