What You'll Do

✔ Complete occupational therapy evaluations and identify functional needs

✔ Develop individualized plans of care and measurable treatment goals

✔ Provide skilled interventions that support independence in daily activities

✔ Monitor patient response and modify treatment approaches as needed

✔ Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and recommendations

✔ Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

✔ Collaborate with therapy leadership, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams

✔ Participate in quality-assurance and department-improvement activities

✔ Follow professional, regulatory, safety, and ethical standards


Minimum Qualifications


Required

✔ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

✔ Tennessee Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Tennessee licensure

✔ Ability to read and write English

✔ Strong patient-care, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills


Preferred

·       Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred

·       Previous occupational therapy experience is preferred

·       New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
