What You'll Do
✔ Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans that support each child's developmental goals.
✔ Deliver engaging, play-based interventions designed to improve functional independence and participation in daily activities.
✔ Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other team members to provide coordinated patient care.
✔ Partner with parents and caregivers by providing education, home program recommendations, and ongoing communication.
✔ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
✔ Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to meet changing needs.
✔ Promote a safe, positive, and encouraging treatment environment that supports children of varying developmental abilities.
✔ Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to a team-focused clinical culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
✔ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
✔ Eligible for or currently licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Alaska.
✔ Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
✔ Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered pediatric care.
Preferred
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is welcomed but not required.
